the smashing drums-and-guitar-duo lo-lite from the dutch netherlands of holland smashing drums and guitars: thirty nonononsense headsdownboogie trashtrashtracks in sixty minutes: the first two albums from 1996 and 1999

yes i love these trashing hollandskije garabage no-fi-blues krankrachers from the neitherneverlands, my mijnher, und es eineafterdijk from the dutch rhine-delta swamps ist lo-lite loud and pawnfull painfuel. es eine bloomed rechsfall in schmerz and sundrome for all the kongdom, my frass. here wir haben und going zu fall.

in the late nineteeth of the lastlost cenutry the dutch bande lo-lite were tjeerd "lite" cannegieter on drums and erik "lo" vinkenoog on guitars and vocals. they recorded four albums full of rather short songs plus two or three handful of tracks they released on singles and compilations. and of course and as always: discogs, the user-built database of music, will provide you with some more information.

in 1999 lo-lite sent out their first two self-released albums, a promo-sheet and a very nice letter to the stuttgart all score media label and distribution. they fit perfectly, played some concerts in the stuttgart area, sold a lot of records, co-operated with other bands on all score and had at least one proper release on that label, and everybody had a great time.

SMASHITS! 31 very different demo-tracks found on 30 very different demo-cds provided to the stuttgart employment agency by 30 very different german bands

hits! hits! hits! sing along with every song! i found all of these cds in the trash can of the stuttgart employment agency and saved their/my/your lives. they are aw- and wonderfuel, ridi- and radicoulessly loud and shmaltz- and shmattering. underhearded and unnoearthed demo-recordings by coumpletelay obscenescure germain bands lurking for engagermints and a contract wayback in the 2010ial years of our last century.

there is a lot of missheard lyrics, a lot of dilletantraism, and a lot of no fun, my baby, no fun. you will love to hate these guys and dolls, and you will sing along to any of their songs. these krauts are made for working.

in the rar-file waydownbelow you will find some pictures of eachandavery cd involved plus some more. some of the songs are just edited fragments, but most of them are long enough. and now get ready to sing out loud!

the KLÄNx project: 26 exclusive tracks by the german postfluxus artist albrecht/d. plus some remixes by fognin

in late 2000 or early 2001 the stuttgart postfluxus artist albrecht/d. recorded 26 rather short solo tracks in his home studio using reeds, percussion, flute and his voice as an exclusive selection of material that i might choose from for the inclusion on the cd compilation KLÄNG #4.

unfortunately KLÄNG #4 never happened (all of the music that was released on the KLÄNG volumes one to three and some notes on the reasons why the concept of KLÄNG failed can be found in a post from 2007 in this=here blog), so me and my co-editor fognin decided to release the 26 tracks as raw as raw material can be in a very limited edition on cdr. in 2003 our friend david dufour aka deuf aka TÔLE ACHE re-released those 26 tracks on his break-the-line! label, that is the version that nowadys can be found on discogs. both editions were fully approved by albrecht/d. and he agreed these tracks to be completely copylefted, so you may re-make, re-model, re-release or re-ignore these tracks in any way that you want to.

accompanying both releases of the raw material is the cdr klänx und re with mixes and remixes that fognin created in april 2001, you may find the original version and the btl!-version way down below.
